Registration process 

Each paper submission needs to have at least one author registered for the conference in order to be published in the proceedings. One conference registration allows for max two paper presentations and publication.  

The author registration (full or student) includes attendance to all sessions, the participant package, lunches and dinner per program, the conference banquet, coffee breaks  Wi-Fi access. 

The industrial registration includes one day attendance to the conference sessions, the participant package, meals and breaks on that day, WiFi access

If you choose On-campus accommodation, your room reservation will be part of the conference registration and you will choose your accommodation options upon registering for the conference. 

If you choose Hotel accommodation, this will be done separately from the conference registration by following one of the link on our accommodation page. 

For the student registration it is necessary that a student provides proof of status, which can be either copy of the student ID card or the letter from the Department Chair of Faculty adviser confirming the student status. The document should be sent upon registration to organizer by email to  icpra2024@ohio.edu.

• On-Campus accommodation – Dates corrected

  The correct dates are presented for On-campus room reservation. Now, the registrants can reserve the rooms.
